These Terms of Use govern your use of WriteUp.Today (“App”). The App is operated by CONECTIVA SRL, Romania. Contact: support@conectiva.ro
WriteUp.Today is a fully offline journaling application that allows users to write and review personal notes stored locally on their device.
The App does not require an account, does not provide cloud backup, and does not transmit or synchronize data outside the user’s device.
All journal entries and content remain stored exclusively on the user’s device. CONECTIVA SRL does not access, store, transmit, or process any user content.
If the App is deleted from the device, all stored journal entries and data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
CONECTIVA SRL cannot recover lost or deleted data under any circumstances.
The App may be used by individuals of any age, including children. The App does not collect or process personal information from users.

All software, design, branding, and intellectual property related to the App belong to CONECTIVA SRL. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is prohibited.

Total liability shall not exceed €100 EUR or the amount paid for the App (if any) in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. EU consumers retain mandatory consumer protections under their local laws.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
CONECTIVA SRL may update these Terms if the App functionality changes. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
